it's vacation base for sightseeing and exploring melbourne. the services are superb, including a heated pool. parking is on-site, the fee equals usd 20 per day.

The staff here were all very helpful and amazing, and the studio had a lovely lounge, living room, and dining table all for $179.

We had a quite comfortable stay on our next visit too.
The staff were lovely and good and the location was awesome to eateries. Melbourne Central Business district was worth visiting. Hotel's room was tidy with an exceptionally good view of the marina:)))

Had very enjoyable short experience, overall nice place.
We were there for 11 days, everything was fantastic, truly enjoyed its incredible location right by restaurants, city circle tram and harbour town shopping centre, other attractions, and transport and supermarkets and shopping. The service was GOOD, totally satisfied. Got laundry for free, didn't expect that.

I loved the location. I also found the apartment extremely clean and it smelt fabulous when we first entered. Every little detail had been added, including chocolates on our bed. Other than a nightclub close by which was quite noisy, the apartment itself was extremely quiet.
The bed was quite hard and the pillows were very average.
